    X 03-08-09 Inserts

March is frozen food month. Some of us that have been couponing for a long time are aware of this. Just wanted to show you some of the promotions from the site I usually check out to find info on some (depending on region) sales or promotions coming out.

    http://www.nfraweb.org/promotions/march.html

Interesting, I've never heard of monsters vs. aliens.

    Another site:

    www.nffa.org

    and

    www.easyhomemeals.com

Looks like we will have a coupon booklet to look out for this Sunday. According to nfraweb's pdf file on page three, this coupon booklet should be in 37 million newspapers this sunday!!

    It says :

    3-Page
    National FSI

With a national distribution to over
    37 million homes, a three-page
FSI will introduce March Frozen Food Month in Sunday newspaper
    supplements on March 1, 2009.
This official kick-off to March Frozen Food Month will feature coupons
    and/or product shots of the
26 sponsoring brands, as well as the

    Frozen Foods – Monstrous Value
theme and Great Taste, Time Saving,
    Enormously Convenient!
messaging to consumers. The FSI will also

highlight the Frozen Foods – Monstrous Value $10,000 Sweepstakes.

Wonder if they will put this in the grocery stores as a cross promotion for the areas that did not get it. Usually see some sort of a frozen food booklet in March in the grocery stores. Just a thought...or a hope.

I did recieve this in my local nc paper (Daily Advance) but it was not a insert itself it was just a page in the red plum with some frozen coupons but did not have a coupon for all the things it was advertising on the page. Of course i only get a red plum in my small town paper now. The bigger paper i buy does not carry redplum anymore ( Virginian Pilot)

The coupons i recieved in it was

save 55 cents on the purchase of veg all
save 75 cents on 1 dole frozen fruit package
save 1$ on two seapack items
save 75 cents on andy 32 oz package of rosina meatballs
save 1$ on any two tai pei frozen entree or appetizer
save 40 cents on any new york brand frozen product
save 1$ on any 3 steam fresh veggies or rice
save 1$ on el montery taquitos product
save 30 cents on any family size on-cor entree
save 1$ on any kahiki product
save 1$ when you buy any 2 red barron pizzas

Of course people that get the redplum in a bigger paper might of got more coupons. Because on the page they are advertising alot of other items like toaster strudels pizza rolls jimmy dean kid cuisine tombstone hot pockets tyson and a few more but it did not have any coupons for that
sorry about it being so long just thought i would post.
