Here is the RP distribution list. If your area has 'Targeted Mail' then none of the local papers will have RP anymore, it will only be mailed to you.

Looks like Washington DC is mail only, but then there are these listed - so I'm not sure if any of these are available to you. I'm not sure what the 'Buy' lists mean:

I get the washington post, no red plums for me either. I think between me and my mom we got like 5, none of them had it. BUT yesterday in the mail came the ads thatwe usually get on tuesday, different than the friday ones, AND it had Redplum. The whole thing tooo. I was super excited. I thought they forgot to put them in the washington post and that's why they put it there, but i'm not sure. If that's the case though i hope they forget it every time.
