I believe that they are talking about the cottonelle q that doubles at king soopers/kroger. But the way I read this weeks, it won't work because you have to buy 2 of the 4 packs. But a couple weeks ago there was one that you can use on a 4 pack there. HTH

its only free if you use a .50c/1 on the cottonelle, however like jgmommy points out the coupon this week is off two, so you are going to be paying 49c each for two, still if you dont have toilet paper its a good price, but I havent paid for toilet paper in some time :)
