I need some advice here. I usually buy multiple papers but the last two weeks I'm only getting some of the coupons. I buy the bundles and last week I bought a total of seven papers and only ended up with 2 of the Kleenex inserts and five of most others, one I got 8 of...go figure. I thought it was a fluke but I just bought four early edition papers and only got two SS inserts. Is there anything I can do? Since they are packaged in plastic I can't check to see if they are complete before I buy them.

i would return the papers and get your money back, or atleast try to get your money back. Then I would find a new place to purchase your papers at and purchase a paper that is not in plastic, i have never had that, only time i ever got my news paper in plastic was when i use to get it delivered. Never at stores have I got a paper in plastic before. If its in a bundle undo the bundle and check the inserts, last weekend i got 16 papers, i sat at the gas station and went thru all the papers I was purchasing to make sure it had all the inserts, I informed the lady first so she didnt wonder what I was doing, she was fine with me checking before I purchased them. So I guess start purchasing papers that arent in plastic covers so you can atleast make sure the inserts are in them, check the papers before you buy to make sure they have full inserts in them.. thats all the advise I can think of on what to do, Good luck. Nat

There's an Ocean Spray IP available in printables forum.

I'm in Dallas and all the Dallas Morning News papers come with inserts sealed in plastic (the one I have delivered and the papers that come single and bundled in sets) so I'm not sure how to get around it other than buy them and check onsite before leaving the store, which is obviously less than ideal. Oh well, I guess you do what you have to do...Thanks.

In 1 of the Twin Cities early addition I saw a Q for FREE Ken's salad dressing. Has anyone tried these before? As I will get between 5-15 of these, I am chomping at the bit now. Salads, marinading meat, & pasta salad be warned! Here I come . Gizz

I live in SE VA and sometimes I buy the Washington Post to get a different variety of coupons; however, the coupons and sales papers are in a sealed plastic bag. I got burned a few times with no coupons in my sealed bag however, and open the bags to make sure my coupons are in the paper before I buy it. The ones that do not have coupons in them I simply give to the store manager who in turn returns them. To some it might sound a bit tooo far, but if you are only buying the papers for the coupons, then they need to be in there.
