There is a thread here that shows the 2009 schedule so you can see what inserts are supposed to come out when. There is also a tool here to show you what inserts your papers are supposed to get (if they're listed).
But yes different areas get different inserts, some might have the same brand but yours is for .50/1 and mine is for $1/2 or you may have some insert q's that I don't get due to that product not being available or advertised in my area.
If there is another paper available in your area, you may want to check it out. I don't buy extra papers very often. I either trade for coupons on here that I need (you need to be a member of the trading group first) or order them from coupon clipping sites if I need a lot of a particular one. Others collect unpurchased ones from their local store, dumpster dive, you name it. If you read different threads you'll find there's many ways to get your hands on those inserts.  Good luck!
