So I just signed up for the P&G Everyday Solutions website and after completing my profile it took me to another page which states that there will be a P&G insert on 12/14.

Specifically this is what it said: December 14: Get over $45 in big savings on leading brands such as Tide®, Olay® and Pantene®.

Hope this helps anyone who was wondering how many papers they should buy.

The preview that I got also says:
"The 12/14 BrandSaver insert will also feature a 2009 Coupon Book Rebate Offer. Consumers can receive $120 (89 coupons) P&G coupon savings by mail wiht the purchase of $50 in P&G products. Coupons will have different expiration dates to drive sales throughout the year."

Below it shows what coupons will be in the book. It's a chart that would be pretty hard to type out, but it looks good. There are only 3 .50/1 coupons, the rest are $1/1 or more and it looks like it includes most of the P&G brands.

Back page has rebate offer. Offer begins 12/14 and request must be postmarked by 2/14. Products must be purchased 12/14-1/31. Says to send form and CRT with items circled. It doesn't say that multiple CRTs are prohibited. There is a website and toll-free # for more information.
