I avoid getting the samples from Quality Health for the same reason.

In the virginian pilot i have allways gotting all the inserts but for the past two weeks there has been no smartsource in the papers. I am wondering if they are going to have them in the papers anymore. Very disapointing.

Get a second, throwaway email address just for samples. Or use spamgourmet.com.

Be careful! I just one time- found an email the next day signing me up for some $20 a month phone thing. That was the ONLY place I'd filled in any thing for a while... I was lucky and didn't just delete the email without reading it (like I do with 90% of the junk I get), so I was able to cancel it.

The Publix one was not in either of the Tampa papers. I'm with you, pooh ! I was wishing for this one since all of my Publix stores were out of that flyer when it was in the stores.
