I think that as a thank you for doing the survey, they just sent a copy of the P&G insert. It looks like the P&G inserts that come in the paper usually do, and it says "October 2008" on the front.

Yes it was the Thank you for the Survey but if you look at the top it says October 2008 so I assumed that it was the October one.

On the differences that you listed I'll check and see if I was wrong.

Is this insert included in the paper, with the other inserts, only a few times a year?
