Not sure if this will help or not, but I have a restricted computer at work that won't allow me to go to certain sites...
If your computer has a block or firewall up this maybe what is the problem. I only say this b/c I was at work the other day and for some reason
taylortownpreview was denied access for me.
There is a way to get around it.
