I'm in S. California and couldn't find the Revlon $2 off any color cosmetic. Anyone else or am I just blind?

I compared TCC to the Houston Chronicle and there were some MAJOR differences this week. She had the Ragu at 50 cents off of two jars and my coupon was 25 cents off of one jar. With the $1 sale, the HC coupon I would pay only 50 cents for two jars (triple coupon) with the TCC I would pay $1 for two jars (doubled coupon). This is the first time in awhile that I purchased multiple papers instead of using the TCC. The great thing is that this is the first occurence since I stated couponing in September. It has been cheaper OOP to purchase from TCC then to buy papers at a $1.75 each.

$1/1 any revlon beauty tool

the smartsource i got them in was the yellow and orange one and it was about half way in it.
