COUPON POLICY (As of July 2011)

Three (3) coupons doubled with each $10 order
Six (6) with each $20 order
Nine (9) with each $30 order
Twelve (12) with each $40 order
Fifteen (15) with each $50 order…etc.

You must have the Ingles Advantage card to double coupons. Coupons of 50¢ or less will be doubled/tripled, except on tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, coffee, free items, or Ingles coupons. Double value cannot exceed the price of the item. Double savings start with each $10 purchase. No more than two (2) identical items are eligible for double coupon savings.

Internet Coupon Policy:

• We do not take coupons on items we do not stock. We may stock a particular brand, but not the exact product as specified on the coupon.
• We will NOT ACCEPT “FREE” internet coupons, only coupons that provide for money off the valid purchase of an item. The coupon cannot exceed the value of the item.
• We will only accept 2 internet coupons per manufacturer product per visit per day.
• We reserve the right to reject any internet coupon that is altered or does not scan properly.
• We do not accept expired coupons.

Also of Note (not part of official policy):

• BOGO items ring up at half price, so you do not have to buy two to get the BOGO deal.
• You CAN use a coupon on each BOGO item.
• Competitor coupons are not accepted.

I only go to ingles when it is something I need in a hurry because it is only a couple of miles down the road. But their coupon policy sucks. I will go 20 miles down the road to my publix to buy my main groceries so I can use my coupons like I should be able to at ingles. But they just want get with the program. We even have a small town local store that is in the process of changing their coupon policies to keep us locals shopping here instead of going to other towns because we can get better deals with our coupons when they double them and don't limit us on them. Ingles is still behind time.

Ingles in Forsyth, GA is accepting competitors' coupons (the manufacturers' coupons only). They told me: "If it scans, we'll take it".

Also, some Ingles cashiers misread the part where it says "we will not accept FREE internet coupons". This does NOT include the BOGO. I had this issue twice and emailed HQ and they said that they would inform the district manager about this.

In Hull, GA, this includes Catalina coupons printed from other stores even though they are labeled "Manufacturers Coupon." Kroger will accept Mfg q with the Ingles logo, but Ingles will NOT accept q with Kroger logo. Even after I showed them where it says Mfg and the bar code. I even had a "STORE" coupon for comparison. In the end, I had them void the sale and I took my coupons back and went to Krogers.
