Hi! I saw the ingles ad say 3 coupons could be tripled for every 10.00 spent - I was wondering if you spent 10.00 and used a 1.00 coupon - does that count as 10.00 or 9.00? Of course this is on a smaller scale, but used those numbers to make it easier.
