I heard at the last triples ( ht) that one is suppose to be opening in Lincolton also.
where the old mill was, they have been working on that for year or more.
there is a new Ingles location opening in Dallas, NC in about a week and a half. I was just wondering what kind of deals normally go on at Ingles. I have never shopped at this store and have heard horrible things about the coupon policy and doubling and such. should I try the store?

They double 3 coupons up to .50 for each $10 spent: so 3/$10; 6/$20; 9/$30 etc. You can find good deals though. They often have good sale prices. Many people keep all their free qs to use to bring up the total so they can get more doubled; or if you have a free after mir form you can buy those items there (one at a time of course) to bring your total up. I have two within driving distance--one is a pain about coupons, the other is fine.

I wonder why most of the Ingles are in the western part of the state now? I am always up for a new store in our area. We are getting Bloom soon, so I will have to settle for that, but would love a Bi-Lo and Ingles and Publix to add some competition.
i would love another bilo, more updated
but i love the bilo I go to. you can still scan your own coupons at uscan (much more convenient). but could use a little sprucing up.
the new ingles in dallas looks really nice, and I know I will end up going in there to see it, even if I only get produce or something like that. I am sure they will have some great specials for new store opening, wouldn't they?
lol ... almost 3 years now and nothing is built.

Ingles has top quality meat at very good prices. Also sometimes you can find some good sales. I personally think they are few and far between but every now ad they they come through. Meat, product and bakey stuff is outstanding. IMHO.

Yep I ran into my friend that is a wine/beer rep and she said they still haven't built that HT there. Weird? But I rarely go to Denver anymore since DH's parents bought a new home and his mom has been in and out of the hospital. I love the stores down that way especially the FL's they are so clean!
I had sanity once upon a time I promise. It was just so long agoooo that I can't remember it
