I purchased both skim and whole in my effort to change the last of our grocery purchases to organic.

I don't drink milk and I had to try both - I was impressed!! It's on sale this week I believe... don't be afraid to try it - I justified the price difference with the thousands of dollars I've saved couponing

I usually get Organic Valley... only because I know that it is locally produced. I get worried that other organic milk companies don't treat their cows right. They can basically feed organic food to the cows and consider it organic without any thought to the conditions the animal is living in. I would LOVE to buy the cheaper stuff... but I get worried about what I am supporting
