i got that local magazine that comes with all the coupons in it today in the mail..

inside:
grocery order $10/$100 or more. not valid with any other offers. one coupon per customer 1/31/10

no where on it does it say the store (the coupon but the ad does say peoria)...dont know if these are good anywhere..

there is also a bogo caribou wild drink that expires the same time

is there a barcode on it? If not, I bet it's only locally that they will take it.

There was a magazine that came out here recently, that was in Hy Vee, that has $5/$50, $10/$100, $10 GC w new/transfer Rx, and some qs for their food - pizza, breakfast, etc. No barcodes anywhere on them. When I tried to use a $5/$50 I was informed that your subtotal, after any other coupons and before sales tax, had to be over $50... no way was I near that (was over $50 before qs). Again, no barcode, so it's up to that cashier's or manager's say on how it goes.

I almost never go to Hy Vee for $50 worth in groceries, so I haven't used any of them. Hey I wonder if I could purchase DH's Rx and some groceries and use one?
