HyVee ~ Question: anyone else have trouble with the Hormel Always Tender coupons???

I am so upset that I will not be going back to Hyvee unless I get an invitation.

Seriously.

I tried to buy the limit of 8 that is advertised for this weekends Red Hot sale, and the coupons for 1/1 any Hormel Always tender product wouldn't go through.

The manager insinuated that I was "trying to pass off bad coupons" :jawdrop:

These are the manufacturers coupons from 5/2/SS

I am so upset that I have already written a letter to corporate.

So be prepared if you are planning to use these coupons

gosh, that was insulting! Why did the mgr think they were fraudulent? I used two this a.m. on the ribs they had on sale. They didn't scan for some reason, but the gal just keyed them in. How frustrating for you!

Thanks Cathy! I'm glad to know that it is a computer wide thing that the coupon isn't working. It just makes my case more solid, I think.

I just send DH and DSS2 to get some and try to use a q, so we'll see how it goes for them.

Maybe it was a good thing: I just saw in my Target ad that the same ribs I got at HyVee for $1.99 yesterday are now $1.49. Not sure if you were buying the ribs, but if you were they are now a better buy!
