HyVee ~ Question: Question about the Hy-Vee freezer coupons

Ok, I typed out the list in the other thread, but I have a question. Since Hy-Vee will accept one ManQ and one StoreQ per item, could I use a man Q with those even though they are Free? Here is an example,
The free Hy-Vee coupon for the flavored coffee-mate, I have a .50/1 ManQ. I should be able to use both of those right. I mean it would benefit the store because they would get reimbursed for the ManQ. I just want to make sure I am not doing anything wrong by doing that. TIA

I like the way you think. Unfortunately, my hyvee won't give overage on an item. If something is 1.99 and I have a 2.00 coupon they will adjust it to 1.99. You could always give it a try, but don't be surprised if it is a no go.

My Hy-Vee does allow overage, and are very coupon friendly , so I am thinking they will know it is to their benefit. I will probably give it a try. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't morally wrong to attempt. I try to be completely honest in my couponing.

I did it with the refrigerator coupons. Just make sure you have extra stuff to absorb the overage. I am planning on doing this also...once I get my freezer.
