I've noticed that if I go to one particular Hy-Vee (Windsor Heights in Des Moines) they have super deals in a front of the store display bin. Not always but OFTEN. This is the sort of deal I'd see. What's up with that? Is it a store manager perogative or something? I love it though! I got free ziplocks once and free Febreze too that way.
