I got a coupon book in the mail and it is good from 5/1 thru 5/15. It has a picture of some pink petunias and some flower pots. The ones that I thought were good coupons are as follows:

Hy-Vee ice cream 0.99
Hy-Vee Russet potatoes, 5 lbs-0.88
Hy-Vee white bread, 1 lb.-0.39
12 inch single topping pizza-BOGOF
Country pride frozen chicken breasts, 2.5 lb.-3.99
Redbox code for 1 free rental

that's about all I thought was a good deal. I am in the Des Moines area.

There is a printable in the DB for 0.55 off Country Pride if I am not mistaken. Not a bad deal.

Okay, smack me! Just told DH today that I cannot buy anymore meat for a while, as our small chest freezer (which we only use for meat) is full!

Hard to believe just six months ago (pre-couponing) I was worried about how I could scrape together the $$ to feed my family good food and today I have too much! (Good thing the Q is good 'til May 15th, maybe I can use it after we eat some of the freezer stock )

Thanks for the heads up Becca on that printable. I would have never thought to look. I've been living off my freezer for awhile myself as I couldn't fit anything in mine anymore. I noticed yesterday it's only about half full so I will need to start filling it up again LOL! You will both be repped!

It's the same coupon book I got and I'm in Missouri. I use the bread, potatoes, ice cream and dvd deal today. :)
