I did this the other day when Kellogg's Cinnamon Pecan Special K was on sale. I bought 7 boxes and didn't need the little diddy. At the end of my order 3 seperate coupons printed for up to $4.69 off a free gallon of milk. Good for your next order.

I could be wrong, but I am with the other poster, I think you will get a cat for the free milk from Kellogg's. That is what happened when I did this deal at Cub Foods last Friday and I think these are the same deal :shrug7: If that is the case you will have 1 milk now and a cat for one later . I won't be doing this at Hy-Vee this week so I dont' know for sure. (It was a better deal at Cub last week; 8 boxes cereal, 2 boxes PopTarts and 3 gallons milk= $8).

I now have over 60 boxes of cereal on the shelf; 16 from last week and a bunch from before that and 30 boxes of Quaker instant oatmeal from the Target deal last week. I am sure DH thinks I have gone 'round the bend.

ETA- Oops, sorry, it looks like it had been confirmed that that milk prints as a Catalina coupon. I didn't realize there was a second page.

Thanks so much for clarifying that it prints a Cat! Looks like I'll be buying 4 boxes, getting free milk now w/ the Dahl's coupon and getting a Cat for free milk next time. Awesome!

I think this works with the cereal sale this week also - $2 a box, plus there is 70 cent coupon that I used making each box $1.30. So if I buy 7 boxes, I get 7 boxes of cereal and 3 gallons of milk for $9.10!!!! Can't beat that, huh? :)

I will have to be making a trip back to Hy-Vee anyway to get more Ziploc bags so I will do this deal as well.

I did the 7 boxes, for the 3 catalinas. One expires in 2 weeks, another in 4 weeks, and the third in 6 weeks. :)

8 boxes of Frosted Flakes = $16 - (4) $1/2 IP's = $12 - $7.50 (cost of 3 gallons of milk I would have bought at Dillons) = $ .56/box cereal

This might be my best "bargain brag" yet. I went to Hy-Vee this evening to do the Kelloggs/milk deal. I bought 8 boxes of frosted flakes and used 4 $1/1 IP's. The cereal rang up incorrectly at $3.48/box. I told her the sign says 5/$10. She had a manager come over and void the transaction, double-check the price and ring it up again...for free! They gave me all 8 boxes for free...and the best part was my 3 free milk catalinas still printed. I walked out with 8 boxes and 3 gallons of milk for $0!

twice, I did 7 boxes of cereal - 7, 1/1 blinkies.
I used 2 cats OYNO each transaction (a 2.00 and a 1.00)

$2. x 7 = $14 - $7.00 in qs = $7 - $3 in cats

So $4.07 oop for 7 boxes of cereal and 3 gallons of milk!!!

So how does the scan right guarantee work? Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, I go to Hy-Vee something rings up wrong. If I catch it before I leave, I always get an adjustment at customer service, but they've never given me the item free! Do I have to ask them for the scan right guarantee? I usually shop at the Johnston store, but I'm thinking I need to go somewhere else!
