HyVee ~ Good Deal: 2/$2 Ziploc bags

Select Ziploc brand bags were 2/$2 today (it wasn't advertised here but I didn't see a begin/end date so no idea how long it'll last.) I had two of the .55 qs, a $1/2 qs and a .40 q. So the bags ranged from .45/box-.60/box, paid .50/box average. They were the zipper kind (I wash these and reuse for storage so a box for me stretches to 2-3 uses per bag) they had the freezer kind and regular kind, quart and gallon size. The regular quart has 20 per box I think. I found em on an endcap on the cereal aisle. I was so happy my hubby goes thru these like crazy for his lunch! O and this was in Keokuk, IA

I'm located in Mount Pleasant and I didn't see those yesterday! Hmmm... maybe you have a lucky store?? :)
I believe our gallon sized Ziplocks were on sale for $1.88.

I quite possibly missed those cheap ones!

I found them at Hy-Vee drugs in Ottumwa for 2 for 1.00

MP HV Drugstore manager sent me an email with some deals he's looking into...and Ziplocs are one of them. He hopes to run these soon for very cheap-o. Some of us got them up there for .25 a box in January.

i see in the new ad these are advertised 2 for 1$, i have a pretty nice stock of baggies but may need to get a couple of these if they end up being free.

They're on page 6 of the hot deals in store ad. It says after 1$ instant coupon, so hyvee is starting the instant savings? Cool!

Yep all the ones I got were expandable bottom. Wow 2/$1 I wish my HyVee would run em that low! I always find my area runs .50-$1 higher on deals posted on here tho. Wow .50 bags before qs-only in my dreams

MamaBird, I saw that too.

Anybody know if that "instant savings" line means we can or can't combine MQ's with it? If we are able to combine MQ's it will be a nice sale. Is the "instant savings" already an MQ?

I'm just not sure what the heck that means....??
