can u freeze the sliced cheese?
Oh thank you for posting this! i have exactly 4 coupons, but what ever will i do with all the koolaide? We don't drink it, however it does work as a great dye, lol! Or i can give it to my sister for her kids..hey a $$ is a $$!
Maybe the koolaide will go on sale too! Last week pricechopper/kc has them 20/1 so I may hold out for til i see the sales paper for hyvee for next week. Although we do need cheese...Oh the dilemma!:hectic1:
New baby in the house so I am couponing lightly!
just wanted to add that you could get the planters peanuts on sale this week too for some free nuts to go along w/the deal. they are on sale for 2.57 i believe- 3.00/ip wyb three kraft products, not sure about overage at hyvee though. So you could do 12 koolaides at 2.40 + 4 cheese (free) + 2.57 nuts - 3.00= 1.97 if they allow overage get back 3$ OYNO

I used my Planter's coupons already at HyVee and got the overage. I purchased 3 items for each Planter's coupon and another 3 for the Kraft Cheese.
did this deal today no problem, got the 4 deli deluxe cheeses and 12 koolaides got the 3$ OYNO.

Planters Peanuts are $2.57. Just confirming that.
Does anyone know if they allow overage at HyVee? Is it YMMV? I might just get almonds or something.. they're usually a bit more expensive and I'm more likely to eat that.
I think cheese will get slimy if you freeze it... not sure, though. I wonder how well it would hold up if I take it out of the package (but leave the little sleeves on) and FoodSaver it and keep it in the fridge? I've never tried with American cheese before.
This is my favorite deal this week! Thanks!!![]()
I freeze cheese without issues. I've only tried shredded but I think sliced would work as well.
I freeze cheese singles all the time. The good name brands work well, the cheaper ones made with oil get crumbly or break easily after freezing.
