Default unclog bathroom drains

Unclogging bathroom drains

As anyone with long thick hair knows the tub drain gets clogged often and badly. Instead of spending money on commercial products use something that you already have in your own home...vinegar! At night when the tub won't be used for 6-8 hrs pour two cups of straight vinegar down the drain. By morning your drain will be flowing freely. If you want to keep the drain always working well just pour a cup of vinegar down the drain about once per week. This works well on just about any clog from hair to greasy buildup. The acidic nature of the vinegar literally dissolves the clog!

I usually get the gallon size at SWM. It is usually a little over $1. I have found that to be the best price unless I find it on sale or have coupons.

This is my tip for company coming over.

Throw all "crap" (toys, socks, shoes, books, mail) into a laundry basket, toss into coat closest.

Run the vacume real quick (this always makes your house look better) declutter kitchen counter tops and give them a wipe down to get rid of crumbs. Quick swipe of the guest bath with a lysol wipe, put out a fresh hand towel on the bath room counter. Spray some pinesol, and now you house smells clean. LOL

I always preferred to just lock the doors, and shut all the lights out.

one of my clients told me yrs ago to use a cup of viniger and hold it over the drain and add 1/2 baking soda. it will bubble like crazy . thats why you gotta be over the drain when you do it. we have done this for yrs and never have a problem anymore.
