Yay! Yet another reason to make your own laundry soap
The way I look at it, all the more stuff for me to buy at thrift shops and yard sales...since most of you are leary of buying things. Heck, you can pick bugs up anywhere. I'm not going to change my ways or live in a bubble.

I just got back into the thrift stores and consignments last week after being scared out of shopping them since the whole bedbug scare. Ive always tossed everything straight into the wash which is in the garage.

I saw Dr Jim on "The Doctor's" give some advice on eliminating bedbugs after traveling. He said to tie up ones clothes in a tightly sealed garbage bag and place in the trunk of the car, where the temp needs to build to 130 or 150 degrees for 3 days continuously.

I buy clothes from a local thrift store called Value World and I normally wash them twice before wearing . But I would never buy linens bras or panties.
