I've never found anything that actually worked.
Then again, I throw out a few stainless etc bottles a year.
If I am not hyper-vigilant, I get them back with clumpy science projects in them that can't be removed to my satisfaction.
So I've been trying to break my water bottle habit and bought some reusable water bottles.
Unfortunately, some of these got pretty gross and I can bleach, but I want to know, is there something other than the 12.99 SIGG water bottle brush out there so I can scrub before I sanitize?
Baby bottle brushes work for some bottles, but the handles aren't long enough for some of the bigger 32 oz bottles.
TIA

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but in alphabetical order, as it should be.
In the bird seed department, there is a long skinny brush used to clean out hummingbird feeders. It cost about $3 and works pretty well.
I also use vinegar, dish soap, and water to let them soak for a while.

Have you tried a denture cleaner tablet? That stuff breaks up gunk really well.

I heard this a few years back and it works! Just drop in a tablet or two and let sit for a little. Then wash!
