help!!! can you help with a make-up mess!

My sweet DD decided to sneak into my room, grab my make-up and draw all over the walls and my brand new jacket. I got it off the walls but now I have cover-up on my jacket. Does anyone know how to get it out?

I don't know the definite answer to this, but the first two things that come to my mind are:
1) Is the jacket machine-washable and if so, at what temps?
2) Is the cover-up makeup water or oil based?

Both of those things would probably make a big difference on how to treat this. And if the makeup doesn't have the ingredients listed on it, you may be able to find out at the brand's website...

the jacket is machine washable in cold and the make-up is water based. the jacket is white. but it has bright orange on it (snowboarding jacket)
