Hotcouponworld's First Annual January Coat Drive

Within our community we have many families that are in great need of winter coats, snowsuits & snow boots for their children and themselves and they just do not have the funds to make this happen.

We are reaching out again so that this large group can combine efforts for big results.

Lets help our fellow HCW'ers and their families stay warm, because it is COLD out there.


If you have a winter coat, snow suit or winter boots in good condition, that you are willing to send to another member, please fill out the form found HERE. We will let you know as soon as we have a member who needs your item.

If you are a member who needs warm winter things for your children or for the adults in your home, because you do not have one or the funds to make it happen, please fill out the form HERE.
We do ask that you were a member of hotcouponworld before 1/1/11 to sign up.

We are going to do our very best to match up the donations to those who need them.

We are going to work with all situations. Maybe you have a great kids snowsuit that you are willing to donate, but you just cannot afford to ship it. Please fill out the form and let us know. Maybe you do not have local thrift stores and you cannot afford to pay retail for a coat, but you can afford the $10 or so for shipping, please fill out the form and let us know.

If you would like to help, but do not have items to donate, you can donate directly to the HCW Helping Hand Coat Drive. No amount is too small because every amount adds up. If 100 members donated $1.00 thats a lot of shipping or buying power.

This money raised will be used to help pay shipping costs when neither member can cover shipping, and if we raise enough money, we will shop specifically for some of the families who need these items.

If you would like to host an auction to help with this fundraising effort it would be very appreciated. If you can add to one of the auctions that will be hosted throughout January please feel free to do that as well.

If you have hats, scarfs & mittens, those can be sent as extra's or offered on the board as raoks but we are focusing on those warm outerwear pieces specifically.
