Re: Hard to find 1-800#s for Companies I used to think the 'push this button' stuff was bad....till I met the 'speak your choice' garbage. You know the ones, they give no push button options and if you try, they just tell you they 'don't understand'.
I almost felt sorry for the live human that ended up getting my call after an hours worth of that mess one day, I kept hanging up I was so mad.
My older daughter was here that day, and she said, "I want that job", I snarled back, "what job?" she said, "the one where you get to sit there and talk this junk into the phone while the person on your end tries to get me to understand...you don't REALLY think that is a computer you are talking to...do you....mom???? are you ok, you are turning red and steam is coming out your ears and eyeballs....mom?????"
