Just wanted to mention that it is OK to share how you feel &/or that your trip / check out, etc. did not go as expected but lets not name call or be degrading in the words that we choose to use.

Anytime you have an issue at WM, just email corporate about your experience. Your email is heard and responded to by the local store, and last time it ended up in a $10 gc for me and all of the registers had the coupon policy hung up at them to prevent my issue from happening again. If management responds, then you have been provided with customer service in the end.

Please don't call employees names. There are lots of members of our site here who may be employees of WM and would really be upset by your generalized comments.

I'm just happy when I don't get the...it is for more then 90% off the cost of the product (no size restriction)...I'd feel happy if I was OP...if they'd let me use more then 10 coupons in a transaction....I'd be thrilled.

Sorry your managment seems wonderful OP! I'd shop at your WM anyday...here they don't care what the "internet" says from their own website... coupons give them paper cuts and paper cuts make them mad...Plus it is Wal-mart...I'd rather shop with a rabid turkey in the middle of a mall then to go to Wal-mart.....here they just aren't that "nice"....

I don't know. A normal turkey is mean as hell. I couldn't imagine shopping with a rabid one

It seems the people who are cheating stores and missusing coupons are the ones who are making it worse for everyone. Because they will get a cashier in trouble for accepting the coupon, then the cashier will become rude to everyone who uses a coupon.

In the end it does not matter what her reasoning was for continually calling over a csm to try and refuse the coupon. Once she was told the coupons should be accepted they should have been accepted. I do not expect service with a smile, but I sure are in the heck do not expect a attitude either!
