Apparently CVS is not as "eager to respond" as they say they are![]()

So I decided to send them a note about that girl on the page putting the pharmacy customers' name on there (people who violate HIPAA really make me mad) and here is the response I got:
Dear Ms. Rebecca McLean,
Thank you for your e-mail. Thank you for bringing this Facebook page to our attention. We are currently investigating this matter. If you should have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-746-7287 option 3.
Thank you,

A reference number? That sounds serious.
But seriously, working in healthcare, HIPAA is no joke. Complaining about "this one lady who always comes in and empties her coupon binder" is one thing, but mentioning someone by name especially in relation to something health related and confidential is a big no-no.
Well this page is still up on Facebook and its Nov 2nd. It doesn't look like they are going to do anything about it. That lady with her 200 coupons or whatever layed out on the counter was a little ridiculous but this website really ticks me off. I have been really timid about people seeing my binder to begin with and now it will be worst after reading this. Ugh I HATE rude people. I just have no tolerance for it.
