I called customer service that night and there really wasn't anything I could do. He said I could try talking to the store manager, but it was entirely up to them how they handled it. I chose not to pursue it, because my time is valuable and spending it arguing over kids clothes isn't on my list of priorities.
I normally wouldn't pay that much, but it was to be her dressy-casual outfit for the season. It was also the total for an entire outfit including boots and accessories.I did use a coupon on sale items to purchase the outfit, it was just expensive to start with, that's why it p*ssed me off so much.
I've picked her up a few things at the Children's place, sort of here and there, I just don't find much I like there. I will say I have learned my lesson...until the next time, she's just so dang fun to dress up.
