Kellogg's Toy Story Movie Tickets

Today seems to be one of those days where all retail stuff has got issues. Between DD having an issue at JCP with a purchase using a giftcard I gave her and my own issue at Dominicks pharmacy, I don't want to go shopping again for days.

Wondering if anyone else has had problems redeeming the certificate for a free movie ticket. I gave my son and his fiance each a movie certificate that I got from the toy story codes from kellogg's boxes. They are good on any disney movie so they tried to use them for Tron today. The codes wouldn't work when the theater put them in. They were very fortunate that the manager gave them free entrance since they were paying with these. He gave them back the certificates and told them to call the 800# tomorrow to see what the problem is. He told them they could use them elsewhere if they get it straightened out. I was so bummed to hear there was a problem but thrilled they got in without paying anyway.

What are your thoughts and how is your day of shopping going?

Cool manager! I used mine to see Toy Story 3 and had no problems haven't tried to see any other Disney movies yet.
