Overpriced Items, that drive you crazy that people buy~

Oh forgot one thing.

The one thing if I could change was the photography. We overpaid for that...still reasonable compared to what some paid...but I got married right before digital was the in thing. If I could do it over...I would of just found a relative to use my husband's SLR.

We had the big fairytale wedding. If I had to do it over again I would have done it the same way but looked for more ways to cut costs. My parents only have one daughter so they were more than happy to help DH and I have the wedding of our dreams. I had this planned out since I was little and it was just like I had planned. I was not couponing at that time so if I had to do it over again I would have looked for more ways to cut costs.

I have been to really fancy weddings and weddings that were done on a budget and all were fun. The only weddings I never have fun at are the really fancy, stuffy weddings. We had a big wedding and it was nice but not super fancy. We invited kids and had lots of them there. I think kids make weddings more fun anyways.

My DD already talks about her wedding and how she wants it. I better start saving now lol.

My entire life I've worn glasses and finally after YEARS of being too big of a chicken to get contacts I've done it. And you know what? I'm going to get sunglasses. Beautiful expensive gorgeous sunglasses. I will hold them and love them and cherish them forever!! I have spent ages coveting the ones everyone else has been wearing and darnit I deserve them lol^_^ Of course now comes the part where I chase deals for six months so I can get the perfect pair without paying full price but it will be worth it!

I can't stand how expensive furniture is and how people buy it on credit. The idea of having a monthly furniture payment like you would a car is just crazyness to me.

I do have a boston terrier that my granny got me for xmas four years ago she paid 200 dollars for him. I did not ask her to get him i had relatives get his brother from a lady that breeds them and i had cats for years. After losing our animals in the 93 flood that hit northeast kansas and northwest missouri i told her i would like to get a dog again but wasnt sure when and right after thanksgiving she surprised me by taking me and my relatives to the breeder's house and let me pick him out and i picked this cute little black and white with freckles all over him puppy. I dont care if he is a purebreed or a mutt i love him to pieces and he is the first purebreed i have had all my other animals have been mixed/mutts. I love my critters whether or not i paid for them or got them for free. I dont have kids yet so these are my babies.
