To the person who behaved so inhumanly tonight, I have a few words for you...

I understand that dogs die and sometimes by a car, but how could you hit her so hard that you broke her collar and it landed 3 feet from her body? Her ID tag is no where to be found.

You didn't even stop. You didn't move her body from the middle of the road or knock on 1 of the 6 houses to find her family. No you just kept driving and only thinking of yourself.

What to know how I know that you didn't stop? My neighbor saw her out in the yard and went to put up an item before getting me or getting the dog on our porch. She went into her house for less than a minute, during this time you ripped out the hearts of my family and my other pets. By the time my neighbor got to her, she was still bleeding.

All you had to do was stop, contact someone, say I didn't mean to hit your dog instead you behaved inhumanly and the only conclusion I can come to is you did not care and do not care about anyone or anything that does not benefit you. So for that I hope you are treated inhumanly.

She did not deserve to be treated that way. She accidently got out of the back yard and paid with her life. She was only 11 months old. She never meet a stranger, human or animal. All she cared about was loving everyone. She deserves to be walking around on this earth, not you because she, yes a dog, cares more about others than you do.

BTW the speed limit on this road is 35 and you were going faster. Be l warned, I will be contacting the Police to ask for more of a police presents on this road just to slow your ugly self down.

I am so sorry. I don't know what else to say. I'm gonna go hug my dog now. She gets out of the yard every once in a while. I know how easily it can happen.
God, I'm so disgusted by people sometimes.
I hit a rabbit once...got out and checked, it was dead... I bawled the whole way home.

I hit a dog once....It came out of nowhere and I couldn't stop...But you can bet darn sure that I stopped and went around to all the houses trying to find out whose dog it was and the whole time I was I was bawling my eyes out...I felt as if I had just hit a child!

We had someone hit our dog years ago and didn't stop, that night he stopped and asked if we could reimburse him for the damage to his car. From the look in my husbands eyes......he just said nevermind and left. Wise move!

Im sorry about what happened to your dog and i know your upset.

i hate to be the person to say this but this week I almost hit a dog that darted into the middle of the street because its owner cant keep it locked up where it should be..(its happened before) I was upset at the time because it seems like the driver is always blamed.. never the dog or its owner.. If i would have hit it, I would have stopped and gave the owner a bill for any damage to the car.

Not to defend anybody-but maybe they didn't know they hit your dog? If they didn't see her and were driving a big SUV, they may not have even known. Sorry for your loss.

Mite, I understand where you're coming from but this person had to be flying down the road. She was hit so hard it broke her collar and it landed 3 feet from her. Plus the speed limit on my road is 35 mph.

She did get out of the back yard but it was not a normal thing. We live in the city limits and our dogs do not run around outside. Animals get out of there contained areas from time to time. What upsets me is the fact that this person didn't even stop or try to local someone. They could have looked at her tag, if they could have found it, her name and our contact info is on the tag.

We am responsible for our animals but others are responsible for their actions and this person's actions were mean/shelfish.

If she were as samll as may shih-tzu then I'd say that is possible but she's a pretty big dog. The size of a wolf.
