Not saying it's right by any means, but welcome to the world of couponing. You can thank those people for making it a lot harder on those that use coupons correctly.
A recent printable coupon caused quite a stir on here and other couponing websites.
The site with the coupon clearly stated 1 per household and yet many took several, not 1.
IMHO, if it says 1 per household, that doesn't mean take as many as you can hack the system to print. It would be like a store offering free samples, 1 per person - and you walk up and start taking as many as you can until the table is empty. Sure, your tummy is full from taking all the samples. But no one else got any.
I'm sure there are plenty of people who feel proud of themselves for stealing extra Qs beyond the stated limit, I've seen their brags on here already today. I wouldn't be bragging about being a thief - seems a strange thing to be proud of in yourself.
In peace,
Annye

Haves/WishesH: Homemailers PLEASE pm me for trades!! If I owe you FB, please let me know!!!! Mama to Stosh (3), Addie (2) Maggie (6 Months)
really? why would you post this because the print limit of the egg coupon was reached? it isnt stealing when you are allowed 3 prints per computer...that is something the company sets up. and this isnt anywhere near being the same as going in and taking all the samples.
no need to get mad, you realize that the next great deal is right around the corner? oh yeah and i used one of my coupons yesterday and it saved me $1...so you are upset over a $1 coupon.

If the company wanted to set it up for one per computer, they could have.
When I was in college, I worked at Hickory Farms stands in the mall over the holidays for extra money. Of course we sampled that crappy cheese and that horrible beef stick. Some families would stand there for ever, making a meal on it.And we did ask for "1 per person." It was mildly annoying, but I wouldn't go as far as to call them thieves or lose sleep over it. Bad manners, maybe.
My dad does stuff like that sometimes, it's embarrassing. If we go to a fair or trade show or something, and someone is giving out keychains or magnets, he takes a whole bunch. He has a whole drawer full of random keychains. I don't necessarily think he should be prosecuted for petty theft.![]()
What coupon is all the buzz about? I must have missed something.....I've been too busy running around trying to find $10 Kohl's peelies on yesterday's paper......
The BOGO egg coupon has a print limit set by either the manufacture or the company offering the coupon for three per computer. Most Bricks coupons have a print limit of 2 (99% of them do), while in instances where the manufacture wants people to have just one they will set the print limit to just 1 per computer. However, there are some rare instance where the print limit is set higher (3, 4, 5, 10 etc per computer) there is no hacking involved here, most of us know that to try to print another coupon all you have to do is hit your back button on your computer to get to the main Bricks page and print the coupon again.
I printed three of the BOGO coupons myself simply by clicking my back button. After reading this post however I pulled out my 3 coupons I printed yesterday and read the fine print and the coupon DOES NOT say "Limit one per household" it says "Limit One Per Purchase" which means I can use one coupon for each set of 2 dozen eggs. I plan on giving one coupon to my daughter who needs a deal on eggs and I am going to use my other two coupons this morning.
If however a company wishes to put a limit of one per household on a Bricks coupon, they can, and 99.9% of the time do, put a print limit on how many each computer can print. When you print coupons from Bricks/Coupons.com/Redplum/Smartsource/eCentives you are required to download a printable coupon software to your computer which tracks how many coupons you have printed and enforces limits. No where, at no time do we encourage or allow members to post about "hacking" or finding ways to get around manufacture defined print limits on software required printable coupons.
Now this is assuming that the OP was in fact upset about the BOGO egg coupon. This was a hot coupon yesterday and the manufacture set a budget of how many times the coupon could be printed in their advertising budget. Most Bricks printable coupons have a limit of 10,000 and when they have been printed they are gone. Nothing to be upset about, it happens and when there is a hot coupon they go faster.

I saw the Printable Coupon Spot post on Facebook yesterday, but was too lazy to click. Oh well, like others have said, there are always other deals.
I'll take a $10 Kohl's coupon over a BOGO egg coupon! That is a good deal though, I got in on it several months ago.
This new promotion must have something to do with the millions of eggs they had to recall several weeks ago. They are trying to boost their image!
I agree that it would be annoying or even irritating possibly to read about someone bragging about somehow acquiring more Q's from a printable than the site/Q specifically stated.
However, if it's about this "Egg" Q, then well, I don't see why the upset?
I must've missed it yesterday between school, trading other Q's, etc....but honestly, is it worth it to be that upset over something so trivial? I'm gonna go with "No."
It seems to me there is a whole lot of 'getting my panties in a wad over nothing' around here, lately. I am the 'new girl on the block,' sure, but man oh man -- not worth it to me!
I'd rather chase another deal, or spread some good will to someone else.
