How frustrating! I'm clueless, but hopefully someone can help.
I’m about ready to pull my hair out.About a month or so ago some of my IPs powered by coupons.inc like from coupons.com started printing only about half way. It kept happing more often until now about 2/3 of them print that way.
I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix this.I’ve reinstalled my printer and tried using different browsers. I even got desperate enough to do a system recovery on my laptop so I could start all new. That lasted a total of three prints before I started having the problem again.
I don’t think I’ve been locked out of printing these types of IPs because 1/3 of the time it works. Also, I don’t see why they would let me print the top half if I’m banned, that’s a waste of a serial or pin number.
Has anyone else been having this problem? I’ve been printing coupons for years with minimum problems that were always something I could fix. But this one really has me stumped.
Can anyone help?![]()

I don't know but wondering if you printed from the Silk website? I went there the other day and firebox blocked me because there was a trojan virus on that site. So, could you have a virus? Run a scan again?
it happened to me once, I shifted to Google Chrome browser and it fixed the problem on my end. You can also try changing settings from portrait to landscape (or vice versa just to see if it does the same on the browser you're having a problem).
I have not printed from the Silk website. I have done several scans since this started and nothing was found. I also did a full system restore that wiped everything clean.
I have already tried and I get the same results when printing with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome. The coupon printing software bypasses all printer software and settings even when set in advance, like printing in black and white instead of color. I appreciate the idea though and I just now tried it because “what the heck, right?). But it didn’t work, the coupon still printed only half and it came out portrait.
I asked my computer experts here. Try this
Under settings, go to control panel, then faxes and printers(not the one under control panel but arrow to new drop down), right click printer you are using, go to properties, then probably under advanced tab you will find a menu, change it from spool to printer to print directly to printer.
Thank you; I’ve tried that already also. I was really excited when the first one printed correctly but then the next was messed up again. I guess I just got lucky with the first one, for some reason about 1/3 of the Bricks coupons print correctly.
I’ve tried with three different PCs. The problem is on two out of the three, although I didn’t try for many prints from the third. The differences in the two that are having the problem and the third that is not is; the two with the problem are HPs with Windows 7 while the third PC is a Toshiba running Windows Vista.
I was printing coupons before with those very HPs but didn’t start having any problems until recently. So something is no longer compatible that was before, I’m just not sure if it’s HP or Windows 7. I hope that someone else with the same problem will find this and start posting so we can compare similarities.
Is it possible that it could be your printer causing the problem?
Maybe HP did something. I have an HP printer, running XP. My fax quit working and I can't figure out why. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing your printer? If you did and I missed that, sorry. I haven't, as it's a hassle. lol
At first I was considered that as a possibility, but the Toshiba PC running Windows Vista printed coupons with that printer without problems (so far).
I did uninstall and reinstall my printer, technically twice if you count the system restore that wiped everything. I agree, it’s a huge hassle. My printer is an all-in-one that requires a huge software program, and I don’t have the install disk for Windows 7 so I have to download it from HPcom. I’ve tried the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version. I even installed the printer through “add a printer” and let my PC install a more general type driver and software that was preinstalled on my PC and works for all printers in that HP series. I knew that only the print function would work doing it that way so I was only going to use that driver for printing coupons. It didn’t work though, well at least not for printing coupons.
