This guy plays to whatever audience is in front of him. When he was on HLN, he was strange and odd then... But his political views were a bit different, he was more libertarain and often ticked off the Christan right. He played himself as a slightly right leaning moderate...

Gets a gig at Fox? He's now the uber right Christian crusader.

I doubt he believes half of what he says. He can't. He's in it for the $$$.


As far as the rally, I don't care much if he wants to have one. Its his right. 10 years from now, MLK will still be taught about in history classes...his contribution to the civil rights movement, his incredible spirit and perseverence will still inspire millions... And our children will likely say Glenn Beck WHO?

Hey, is there room in that hole for me? I watch less than an hour a day of tv, never watch fox, and I can't get away from him.

You're probably right Beth, that he doesn't believe most of what he says. I doubt he's even Christian, seeing as he has sold his own soul and all.........

Anyone besides me LIKE Glenn Beck? He makes me laugh and I do think he's right about some things.
I am college educated and have enough sense to take things that most people say and determine what I think is true and not true.

I'm a conservative...and I can't stand him...and I've heard him in person when he was on CNN and he didn't have the extreme rhetoric then that he does now.

I don't think everything he's ever said is bad...but most of it now is just extreme and negative.

His own church (which I am a member of) has in so many words publicly asked that the rhetoric of him be toned down. I don't think he listened though.


He tells people what they want to here. Hey your white, you make a decent living, therefore your good...and everyone else sucks and is taking advantage of you.
