I personally don't see why some people enjoy watching others drive really fast in a circle. It's stupid and pointless IMO. Wouldn't the gas money that's completely wasted be better spent feeding the poor?

My husband thinks that half the people show up to these things *hoping* there is a crash. Same thing with Nascar....

I just re-viewed the video with my son that I posted. There were a lot of people running around with beer in their hands so I used it as a learning tool that drinking can impair people's judgement. He got the point.

These people shouldn't be suprised. They are adrenaline junkies just like the racers are and so instead of staying back, they (the viewers) get closer and closer to the action. Stuff happens and they knew better to stay back. I do not fault the driver at all. It's not as if he got up and decided "jeez, I think I'll roll my vehicle and take out a few lives today just because." Good grief!
