And here we go again. I went to go print and got this message

Your access to print from this site has been disabled. Please contact Compliance@newsamerica.com to enable it. You must mention code xxxxxxx in your email. For further information on why you received this message click here..

I'd love to know what is going on. I KNOW I follow the rules and am getting tired of this. If I could get some sort of feed back if it's coupons redeemed at one particular store, then I'd stop going there. (I've told them this in an email).

my mom got the same message to which she replied as instructed. she hasn't heard back from them and she can continue to print so I told her to just ignore it.

I didn't try again after getting the message. Last time, it let me print a few hours later.

There is a couple of interesting things going on in this thread.

First OP I am not sure why they are doing that but there is always a risk involved with someone in the chain of events making copies. Either at the store level or at the redemption houses. Also it is a risk you take when trading or passing along printable to others too. Once they leave your hands you have do idea what someone might be doing with them.

Someone earlier in this thread said that they are accusing you because most fraud happens on the individual level and not at the store level...and that is actually false. Most major coupon fraud occurs at the store level and the coupon processing centers. If you take a look at the cases prosecuted and tried in court you will see that is is not at the individual level.

That being said you may want to try uninstalling the program from your computer and TRY rebooting your routers which SOMETIMES gives you a new IP address (unpugging it for about 1 hour sometimes does the trick) It really depends on your ISP though....

Then reinstalling the software.

Failing that you can always print from another computer in your house, there is nothing wrong with that.

That's part of the reason I don't trade for IPs unless I *think* I know the person. If you never traded them though, I don't understand their reasoning. Maybe some desperate cashier took the coupon and copied it!? I dunno.... Glad you can print again though!
