I've seen that news report about Target going after these ebay sellers. They buy, for example, an ipod in a box. Take out the ipod, replace it with something equally weighted, then they reseal it with shrink wrap, and return it to the store.
Then some poor schm uck buys the item and discoveres a brick or batteries or something.
The criminal sells the items on ebay.
So target buys electronics off of ebay and sets up stings to catch the seller.

I hate that people do this! it ruins things for everyone else. I cant even get body wash at cvs if its over $6 without getting an employee to unlock the cage for it and hold it at the register for me!
