    HOT Olive Garden Customer Service

    My grands and I ate at Olive Garden and had a terrible meal to the tune of almost $70.00. I emailed customer service and was promised a gift card "to try to keep my business". This was in December. I have emailed them numerous times and still no gift card to date.

    I even went back once more with my grandson's band group. I got cold lasagna and by the time it was replaced, everyone was finished and ready to go.

    Never again.

    Id ask to speak to the manager next time and threaten to call corporate to their face,maybe theyll get their employees straight! Because its the servers/cooks that messed up and their manager should know they arent doing their job correctly. Id also ask if their was a phone number to call to talk to someone instead. They prob get tons of emails. Ive only been to olive garden once for hubbys work stuff so we didnt pay for it.

    This is the second complaint I've seen in 24 hours about crappy service at Olive Garden. I've never been to one. I wish you luck in resolving your conflict. How frustrating.

    wow our olive garden is super fantastic. they even box your leftovers themselves at the table.

    when this happens, you need to complain there and then. request the manager. they are super expensive and no one deserves to pay for a bad meal. give up the email and call them on the phone. tell them about this gift card you were promised and the next bad meal you had.

    I have always had great service and food at Olive Garden, it is one of my favorite places to eat :)

    I've never had a problem there as well, and I've eaten @ OG in FL, RI, and NH. It really depends on the manager at the store level...bad manager=bad restaurant.

    I had a really bad experience at my local Olive Garden on my Mom's birthday about a year ago. I contacted Customer Service and I was sent a $100 gift card via next day mail within 3 days. Keep your hopes up, hopefully they'll probably keep their word this time around.

    We love Olive Garden here no bad experiences. Sorry this happened to you. We had a bad experience at Ruby Tuesday's awhile back and the general manager acted like he didn't care when he called me. Now I only get the salad bar...no cooked food.
    I had sanity once upon a time I promise . It was just so long agoooo that I can't remember it.
