Anyone catch Lady GaGa on AI tonight?

Just my opinion and I know there may be some who like her music, but I have to say her "show" on American Idol tonight was absolutely repulsive. It basically bordered on porn and I feel sorry for anyone who had small children watching what was supposed to be a family show.

Any thoughts out there mom's?

Uh-she's just a whack anyway. Our kids go to bed at 9, so they didn't see. Thank Heaven.

I haven't been watching lately but on the results show I usually set the DVR to tape since they take forever to kick someone off. It's really great just fast forward and see who got booted. I'm really not interested in the acts that perform since they usually aren't that great anyway. Who got the boot tonight?

I missed it since I don't watch American Idol. Now I'm going to have to YouTube it. You know, for research and junk.

I guess my relevant answer is that I don't care what they show on tv.

I like Lady GaGa, so I will definitely search out that video. Though, I do think American Idol is sort of a family show, and she is not before 10pm material.

I like her music but agree her act is not for american idol. AI used to be one of the last few shows you could watch as a family but now. Her act and clothes are how she gets all the attention and I get that but it doesn't belong on AI.

My husband and I have started tivoing shows on discovery and different channels just so we have something to watch with my son who is eleven and not cringe. My girls are 14 and not really into tv anymore, computers and texting has taken over (another big can of worms to watch and worry about). My son likes Survivor and the amazing race also, but of course Survivor has to throw in some sex talk and stuff every now and then. My son really likes pawnstars, its a show when people bring in their junk and they tell them whats its worth and such, and american pickers where these two guys tour the country looking threw peoples attics and garage for treasure. So far no cringing on these two show LOL. The Life series on discovery is amazing also for anyone who hasn't seen it.

I had it taped and we watched it later. I was fast forwarding through it because I didn't want to watch her but I had to stop it and say to my husband, look at this crap....what is she doing stripping? I agree it does not belong on AI. It is on at 7 p.m here so even the little little ones are probably watching it.

Yep, she was most definitely dressed like she was going to a stripper's funeral!

I think she is repulsive and cannot believe they allowed her to wear that outfit (if you can even call it that) on tv! Especially on American Idol! I did hear prior to the season starting that Simon wanted her to be a mentor as she is one of the up and coming stars right now....but I think they forget that kids do watch this show!
My husband & I just looked at each other in awe when she came out dressed like that! Then, for her to take some clothing off and roll on the floor...just a bit too much for me!
