    I hate people who think they are the coupon police, Gimme a freakin' break!! I mean, I think the company who puts them out would be ticked off to no end if you weren't allowed to use it. If they want you to try something you might like so much you buy again, HELLO?? What an idiot. She's gonna get in trouble doing that, most corporate offices won't put up with someone chasing off their customers!

    I would call corporate now. I am sure they can pull survalience tapes and see her reaction towards you two.

    This makes me appreciate my Wags store even more.

    Poor you. I had a manage ract highly inappropriately with me once and I called corporate right there on the spot. He almost died when I put the Photo gal on as a witness to his behavior. I also told the CS that as a psychologist, I was very concerned about his well-being and my personal safety as a result and that I wanted an employee to walk me and my DD out to my car without him watching or present. He was flabbergasted. I ended up with a $20 GC, and 2 apology cards - one from the crazy manager. For spite I still went to that store until he was "fired" (info from photo gal who always remembered me after that) about 3 months later. I would definitely complain. If they aree going to have "look for additional savings in the SUnday paper" in their ad, then they need to be coupon friendly. Just my 2 cents.

    Ugh! I can't believe she was that rude. I hope you do call corporate & I hope they review the security tapes & see that she's got issues.

    I almost didn't go yesterday. I started having visions of "you can't do the F&F discount with sale items or with a R/C or before I take your coupons off." I pondered over which one I should try it at this time. <thinking> I can't go to that one, cause they got a "memo" a couple weeks ago about people using RR's that they earned in the same visit (that was fun). And nope, not the one where the manager never teaches their employees that a coupon can be adjusted down.</thinking>

    I finally made my choice, prayed & went for it. I get in there & there's a sign at the beauty counter that says, "please give all coupons to cashier prior to being assisted."

    I think it was just to scare the real scammers away though, cause it went beeeee-utifully! I durn near kissed the woman!

    A week and 3 phone calls later I have not received a call back from corporate!! I was told two days when I called on Saturday. I even gave them grace given it was presidents day on Monday. I called again Thursday and today. I can't believe that neither one of us has been contacted about this. My friend has filed a complaint with the BBB. Which I will also do if I do not hear back by Monday.


    How else should I proceed? I am getting more upset as time goes on. Is this really how this company thinks it's customers should be treated?!

    that's awful! I have had my shares of rude rude rude managers and I have had to call corporate too. I say we all call and complain and get that woman fired! I would never go back there!

    I have never had corp take my side in any of my walgreens battles, someplace i found copies of emails that answered folks questions from walgreens corp .. when i pointed these emails out to corp CS, they interned pointed out the emails were several years old and they no longer applied... in my oppinion walgreens has no customer service!

    There has to be a really good deal to bring me into walgreens. I to get tired of being followed. The looks. Then when I pay with rr the ugh! That I get form the cashier. Like that is the thanks I get for shoping back in there store. The one day I remember was back in 08. I was stocking up big time on diapers for my un born child and I made several trips in and out and the young lady that works in cosmetics says " Back already " This was like my 3rd or 4th trip in and made me feel really odd. I said well if you don't want me here there's a rite aid right across the street; I'm sure if you don't want my business they'll take it! When I do make it it to walgreens I make sure to look for her to cash out in her line. I love watching the look on her face when my total drops ( Like her Jaw!) LOL!!
