CVS Pharmacy - never again.

I am supposed to be called by the pharmacy DM today.

The part about the suspensions that I do not understand is that she knew I was waiting. I had gone to the window at the half-way point, hoping that they would have it ready before an hour. Plus, not to belabor the point, but I was parked directly across from the drive-up window, which is where she asked me to park and wait (in case other customers drove through - none did).

You are correct. The staff knew you were waiting. The suspension should have been prepared to be dispensed. I wanted to address why suspensions are not mixed immediately (under normal circumstances).

Please let us know what happened with the DM. I feel so bad for you and your little ones

Sorry for your sick kids and for your CVS problems. I have never had a problem with them. I love our pharmasist though. She is always on top of problems. I have only had 1 problem and that was a dr. problem. So let us know what the DM says. Also check your reciept and see if you got a survey and call it.
