Yes, I would be livid. Not only about the house, but about his choosing to leave a steady job and indulge his little boy fantasies while his family suffers. I also find it very disturbing that he tells you to shut up and leave when you ask to talk to him. He sounds like an extremely selfish and immature person.

If he is willing to work on your marriage and go to counseling to help with his mommy issues, then you might have a chance. If not, put on your big girl panties and kick his butt to the curb.

Please find a way to get informed on what they have been doing with the taxes....make sure whatever you have signed is legit...or amend your taxes on your side. If they have been doing shady stuff income tax wise...and it's on your taxes...you can be held just as responsible. Search and find all your old tax forms.

Yes, this is most important. Once the IRS figures this scam out, they will take no hesitation to throw you in jail (kids or not)).

I think I would be figuring out where I would be moving to next because when it goes up for sale like that you will end up being out sister, worry about the mother later, right now I would say you have more than enough to worry about, and a word to the wise for the future and not just for you but for others out there:
