OMG! Dhs company just went out of business and we are now income less! Dirty jerks never even gave us a warning!

Oh my goodness I just want to puke! We now have NO income. I think Im going to be sick!
And the kicker is the jerks didnt even have the decency to warn us.

Several employees paychecks who use the same bank as where they are from were unable to cash their checks due to insufficeint funds.
So, now were thinking Dhs last check he put in Friday will probably bounce and we will be out our paycheck plus the bounce fees.

AND he worked all day today and wont be getting paid for it.
The owner didnt even have the balls to call and let him know or tell him when he has talked to him today but they have been shut down and its not just a rumor.

Oh my gosh I am just so freaking annoyed!

Yea I know Im rambling and this is full of typos but Im just so irritated I had to get out! I dont know what were going to do. I just dont know.

"annoyed " is not a word what I'd feel. Rather boiling mad.

It looks like that business committed payroll fraud too: payroll should be funded on separate account and they cannot touch it once the money had been deposited.
Very possible their payroll had been just frozen. I know, it doesn't help you..

Years ago one of the area furniture store closed the door without any warning at all. Employees were not let in the building in one "fine" morning, all customer's orders with deposits went down the drain.

I'm so sorry! If his paycheck bounces you are entitled to the pay and all fees associated with it bouncing (I used to work for a company who did this often...). Even if they go bankrupt, I believe there still is an opportunity for him to collect on any unpaid wages, although it may take some time. He should be entitled to today's pay as well - Got to love that one - 'Yes your honor, I knew we were shut down, but I didn't tell anyone and just let them work...Well, no I didn't have any intention of paying them either....' Yeah, that will go over well! Please hang in there! Here's wishes for everything to work out !!

Yea MaryMary your right I think Im just not to that point yet Im still in the shock stage. I just cant believe it.
Hes been looking for a better job and there just isnt anything to be found so Im really worried.

Ugh just had sugar after a 4 day detox! And now Im gonna go watch this silly show and try to forget everything!!
