Tiggle, take Mike with you. He will either recognize the person if they are an officer or be able to verify that he is and he will definitely be able to inform him of what happens to people who impersonate police officers if he isn't. If it is someone impersonating an officer, I would make it my personal goal to have them dealt with by the police. If it is an officer that for some reason has taken it upon themselves to harass people at the recycle bins, I would have Mike report that to their superior.

Yep I have found Bday cards with cash in them on two occassions. One with a 20 and one with a 10 in it.

The cards were old too from what I could tell by the style of the cards...probably 70-80's LOL

They were recycling their paper money. Maybe they thought the bills had expired. Hahahaaa! Nice find!
