Meet The "Moochers" Update 7/30 Nite

Woo-Hoo-
The Apt Mgmt gave the Moochers a 10 day notice to stop their "aggressive panhandling"( an idea from a member on that post-sorry I can't remember your name now, but take a peek to see the great an idea she had! Thanks again).

They found that Mr. Moocher was not on the apt application, & that is the law. Now he must pay $35 for a rental background check since small children live here. He is unsure he will pass he says.

Oh, it was sooo lovely driving into my parking lot today,no one ogling me. Their sliding glass door closed, & the blinds closed.
No one hanging out the door asking for money or a ride to get cigarettes. Yay!

Now, if someone can catch him in the act pulling the fire alarm at 4:30AM, on Mondays so that he can mooch a 3 mile ride to work from people sitting on the porch waiting for the fire trucks, life will be grand!

Awesome. What a relief that must be. Now heres praying he won't pass that background check and they will have to move somewhere else, my only concern with that is the next victims they will latch onto. I wish there was a way for someone to stop them, legally of course.

My ILs complain about loud music and party screams from their neighbours after 1 am, them setting up a grill on the balcony which prohibited by fire code, but active harassing at the parking lot and at your apartment door? WOW.
Glad this matter gets some start to positive resolving.

You might want to let your neighborhood fire captain know what is going on. It is illegal to do what you think he is doing and they will try to catch him at it too.
