Why Don't They Just Listen To Us The First Time?

I'm not really bothered by the $6 difference because I wouldn't have paid it if they weren't going to fix it knowing that something was wrong. Its the fact that they didn't listen and tried to make me feel like a crook. Suggesting there were all these reasons my total was what it was.
The funny thing is that the original cashier already had my stuff bagged and she did void everything, then gave me the bags and sent me to the CS which is AFTER the exit door, lol. Lucky for them I am a very honest person. I could have just walked out the door with that stuff in the kmart bags. Hello, if I wanted to rip you guys (kmart) off don't 'you' think I would have just left with that stuff instead of getting it rerung? LOL Oh some peoples kids ;-)

Why don't they just train their cashiers and their managers? I mean, if you are going to have a double coupon event, why treat the people who know how to do it right like they are greedy gerties and be snotty to them.

You have the freaking double coupon event to get people into the store in the first place so they can save big. And you treat them like this?

Everyone all over has so many different experiences. Some people have a pleasant time, other don't. Some people have to fight for every single coupon redemption, others find the cashier ignores the 10 per person rule - and the stuff beeps!

They really ought to get it together.

My kmart is further than the walmart, and in the opposite direction of where I usually do my shopping - so with these limits, and the poor selection, it is not worth the trip. It didn't double this week anyway. They've doubled before. I've not had any problems and saved money - but they really blew it this week.

Rude people is what you get when they hate their job and they are stupid lol. I hated working in the public and I don't like dealing with people who don't know how to do their job. She should have rang it up and not argued with you.
