The 9 Steps of a Mail in Rebate
Step 1 - Sign up for Reynold's Recycled Foil MIR email
Step 2 - Fill in and print out rebate on the appropriate date.
Step 3 - Go to the store and purchase precise rebate item within appropriate date parameters.
Step 4 - Address envelope correctly and affix proper postage.
Step 5 - Cut out UPC code.
Step 6 - Fold pre-printed MIR form and put into envelope with UPC code.
Step 7 - Seal envelope and insert into mailbox for timely mail pickup.
Step 8 - Realize that the receipt is sitting on the kitchen table and the envelope is long gone.
Step 9 - Commence head-banging. Ugh.
Step 10 - Listen to your significant other laugh their a$$ off.

DOH, been there done that. Call them up if you can get a number and tell them what you did. If you have a copy of it, make another and put it all in the mail.
I did that with the epson printer rebate last year for $70.00, oh man I thought I was done for, but they really helped me out and I got it.
I didn't make a copy...I normally do, but this one was only for $3 and I thought it was too much of a hassle. Oops!

Oy. I'm sorry that happened. Whenever I do rebates I fill the envie and leave it unsealed on my desk for a few weeks. Then I double check and seal and mail.
I'm not even gonna touch the whole photocopying discussion. I just mailed in 5 MIRs and didn't copy a single one...
. See if it can be fixed. If not, there will be another deal along before you know it. Actually, even if it CAN be fixed, there will be another deal along before you know it!
